A Big Day for Haggis

New Champion – 1997

A big day for Haggis – finishing his championship with a five-point major under breeder-judge Mrs F. Somerfield. The picture is unfortunate: Haggis’ right front leg is not deformed — the illusion is a combination of grass, his lifting his paw, and a quickie brush job. In real life (Haggis wants the girls to know) he is a very handsome boy in the English style (higher on leg) with a nice neck, nice balance, medium bone, a sturdy rear, a decent front, and expression to melt hearts. And a tail that wags his whole body.
